| Alice: Thanks for the great
selection of items (edible and not) for the birds.
Everything arrived well packed and is put away. My birds
are still talking about their stay with you this summer.
You took such good care of them that they are looking
forward to boarding with you again, especially Charlie.

| Alice: My husband and I visited
your store Sunday afternoon (Dec 12, 2004). You placed
your beautiful blue and gold baby on my hand and my
husband had your other bird pecking at his baseball hat.
I really enjoyed meeting you and learning so much about
your birds. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I have never been
around birds before, but I have always wanted to share in
that experience.... THANK YOU for your patience with me
and your wonderful knowledge. P.S I promise over time I
will learn the names of your different type of birds :).

| I love this store. I've shopped
at Birds n' Things for over eight years. As a breeder,
this is the only place I would consider selling my
chicks. I know that Alice doesn't just handfeed the
babies in her care, most stores do, but she also
socializes them so well -- just like I do as a small
breeder. Really, it isn't so much the feeding by hand as
it's the handling, cuddling and playing with a baby that
makes it a wonderful pet. Now that I am living in Oregon,
you won't find me hanging out at the store anymore, but I
still buy from Alice. Even with shipping, she's still the
best price, the best service and hands down the best
advice around. |
